MARCH 2016 Research Alert

This month we added four new studies to the Best Practice Database, the research repository for Best Practices, LLC. Two of the new documents are from a new medical education study containing spending and staffing benchmarks for this important role within medical affairs. The remaining two studies are focused on thought leader management and how internal processes/policies such as responsibilities, resourcing and communication can strengthen this critical activity.
