FEBRUARY 2015 Research Alert

This month we added four new studies to the Best Practice Database, the research repository for Best Practices, LLC. Two of the new studies deliver benchmarks and insights on how functions within medical affairs are approaching various aspects of Big Data utilization. Another study reviews the riches to rags story of Incivek, the hepatitis C treatment that became the fastest drug launch in pharma history and then left the market after 3 years. The Incivek case study looks at the factors that made the launch so successful. The last study looks at the data types and sources that commercial functions are using for Big Data endeavors.
