MAY 2016 Research Alert |
|
This month we added four new studies to the Best Practice Database, the research repository for Best Practices, LLC. Three of the documents are from our new study on launch training for district managers and the last study is the annual update on benchmarks for corporate libraries in the pharmaceutical industry. The launch training for district sales managers studies cover key aspects of how to better prepare district managers for launches, such as curriculum, timing, and accountability. The library services study provides a current picture of the level of staffing, cost, and services at pharma corporate libraries.
The new Best Practices, LLC studies listed below under Newly Added Research explore how leading companies have made their operations more effective across these different areas. |
