MARCH 2022 Research Alert
This month we added three new studies to the Best Practice Database, the research repository for Best Practices, LLC. This month's new studies explore different topics associated with the growing importance of Medical affairs: building an effective onboarding/training program for medical leaders and benchmarking medical resource allocation. The first two studies examine critical aspects of Medical Affairs training programs for leaders including, structure, staffing, key competencies and program timelines. The third study provides a current view of resource allocation for the medical function including, budget and activity spend.
