APRIL 2017 Research Alert
This month we added four new studies to the Best Practice Database, the research repository for Best Practices, LLC. Two of the new studies focus on creating an effective career path for high-potential marketers. The other two new studies come from a research project regarding medical affairs' role and responsibilities in patient engagement programs. The two studies on creating a marketing career path examine how to nurture core marketing skills, adopt experience-based development, and utilize mentors to create high-impact marketers. Meanwhile, one of the studies on medical affairs' role in patient engagement looks at the involvement and importance level medical affairs places on four key patient engagement activities (patient health outcomes, patient advocacy groups, patient education and patient adherence). The other medical affairs-oriented study regarding patient engagement focuses on collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and patient engagement activities along the patient journey.
