JULY 2022 Research Alert

This month we added three new studies to the Best Practice Database, the research repository for Best Practices, LLC. This month's new studies explore one of the biggest challenges facing Medical leaders today: how to balance remote versus in-person work models across the medical organization. The first study looks at different model types and staffing issues while the second document addresses how to measure performance and add value to the field team. The third study explores the benefits as well as the barriers to remote work and the lessons learned on this issue by medical leaders who participated in the study.

The new Best Practices, LLC studies listed below under Newly Added Research explore how leading companies have made their operations more effective across these different areas.
